Before joining HarperCollins India, he spent 15 years at Penguin Random House India, heading Finance and overseeing financial reporting, risk assessment, internal controls, taxation, compliance, and business strategy. An alumnus of Panjab University, Chandigarh, Madhur enjoys reading and listening to music in his spare time.
