A qualified Company Secretary and law graduate, Gunjan specializes in Company Law, FCPA, Audits, Labor Law, Data Privacy and Intellectual Property. Prior to joining HarperCollins, she held impactful roles at leading global organizations including McCormick, Axalta, and HCL. She managed pan-India legal operations covering litigation and contract management, legal metrology and FSSAI compliance, mergers, factory compliance, company law, due diligence, workflow optimization, audits and led training program on POSH, ethics and corporate governance.
Gunjan contributes to HarperCollins growth on principles of trust, integrity, and compliance.
